Shipping policy

Shipping & Delivery

Currently, we only ship to addresses within Denmark. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, and you will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery
Products are delivered to a pick-up point near the address provided in your order. We use GLS, PostNord, or DAO for shipping without tracking. Your item will be delivered to a pakkeshop or postbox close to your address. A flat shipping rate of 59 DKK applies to all deliveries.

Arranged Pick-Up
We also offer a free personal pick-up service at:

• 55 Amager Strandvej (north end of Amager Strand, across from Lidl)
• Øresund Metro Station, Copenhagen

If you select the arranged pick-up option, we will contact you by phone or email to arrange a meeting time. Pick-up is available daily between 9:00 AM and 8:00 PM.
